modern hotel bus stop
the room was modern. the gym had treadmills and weights for workouts. the hotel had a bus stop just outside. the bus provided easy access to the city center.
the rooftop restaurant closed quite early.

large stain broken fridge
The location suited my hospital visit plans with a bus service available nearby.
The hotel seemed quite TATTY in places even though it's relatively new. My first room had a large unpleasant stain on the carpet. The fridge was also broken in that room.

some issues
The breakfast and evening meal were good. The bar and restaurant staff was excellent and attentive.
this is supposed to be a hyatt, but it don't feel like it if you travels often, parking is limited which i found dissapointing, i had to use allergy medicines due to animal traces.

a REALLY relaxing Stay
convenient location many options friendly staff stylish decor
the location is convenient to nearby shopping. I found the breakfast was really good with MANY options. the staff were friendly and quite helpful with directions. The room decor and fittings was very stylish and up to date.
i found just a few parking spaces available so i couldn't park my car.

the hotel offers secure parking, though spaces appear limited. there is also a supermarket just opposite the hotel, very useful for any necessities. The hotel includes a nice bar area, quite stylish and inviting.

i observed that the staff was polite and accommodating to all requests. they were cute upon arrival and provided clear instructions. The team was helpful when i asked for directions to local amenities.

clean room comfortable room helpful staff
The room was exactly like the photos. It was clean, and it was comfortable. They provided tea, coffee, shampoo, and chilled bottled water. The hotel has a 24-hour desk. Staff are very helpful, and they are warm. The hotel has monthly events. It has a great ambiance.
Parking is not free. I was surprised since the hotel isn't in the city center.
